For Entrepreneurs
50% deposit to confirm booking. 50% balance before Dossier delivery. International clients pay via Stripe.
For Organisations
50% deposit on invoice. 25% before Session 2. 25% balance before delivery. International clients pay via bank transfer or Stripe.
Refund Policy
No refunds after Session 1 is completed. If we are unable to deliver the Dossier within the agreed timeline due to our own constraints, we offer a full refund or a rescheduled engagement at no additional cost.
